Made You Look!

"Made you look!"👀... was a game played as a kid. The goal was to get someone to look away from what they were doing, and turn to look for something that wasn't really there...if  you took the bait, they'd yell "Made you look!".😂

It seems silly, but many fell for this as a kid, and still fall for it now.

How many times have we started taking steps in a direction that we know God led us to, and it was interrupted by something trying to make us look away from it?

It may look better at first...but ultimately is the "fools gold" that leaves you feeling unaccomplished and unsatisfied in the end.

Made You Look!

The good news is we have a choice. No one can make us look away from the path forward, but we have to be able to recognize the set ups to avoid them.

We can't  always see them...but God can!

So this week take 10 minutes of quiet time each morning to ask God to make His steps for you clear, and to guide you around the distractions. 😊💜🙏🏼
