Stuck In My Head

She loved the song and wanted me to play it for her over and over again, so I did. I ended up humming the song for the rest of the day without realizing it.  

Has that ever happened to you?.... 

Depending on what song it is, you could be in tears or breaking out in a happy dance....either way it's proof that what we allow in our space, whether intentional or not, impacts the steps we take.  

But what if we were intentional about it?...... 

Intentional to guard our eyes and ears from things that could lead us to take steps away from what we know God is leading us towards. 

And Intentional to take in things that remind us of who God said we are, that uplift, encourage and motivate us forward.

Stuck In My Head 

 A song may be impactful, but it is only powerful if it can affect your thoughts. Because your thoughts become your words....and your words become your actions....and your actions shape your life. 

God creates with intention, and empowers those who love Him to do the same when we follow His lead.  

So this week, take 10 minutes of quiet time each morning to reflect, and allow Him to show you what needs to be adjusted around you to protect your forward movement.
