What Are You Going Back To?

It's what we go back to that causes us to stumble. Yep, I've said it before too..."I'm done with that!" But the real work was actually sticking to it.

For me, it's been as simple as staying away from Oreos 😋, to more intense decisions like being consistent about steps to move in my purpose. 🎙🎶 What's on your 2021 list?

Whether it's a habit, a way of thinking or changes needed to your inner circle, the decision to move forward from something that's holding you back is an important one to maintain.

So feed off of the momentum of the New Year to keep you from giving in to the temptation and going back!
